Back in the saddle this morning with a 2.5 pound gain over the weekend. Yikes! It just reminds me how easy it can be to undo what you have worked for. Good learning lesson, now back to work!!!!

It really is easy to do. I am learning more and more that this is a lifetime war against what is truly an addiction and sometimes we are going to fall off "the wagon" but we have to get up and get right back on. So, here's to one day at a time!!! Thanks......
