I've been quiet on here lately, just too much going on in the real world. I've made sure to at least keep tracking my food, which is finally starting to look better once I went on another grocery haul. I'm feeling good about this week, weight wise anyway. I have a solo Saturday, so my nerves will see to it I don't eat much the closer we get to it. I've been watching Supersize vs. Superskinny on YouTube, and as silly as it sounds, it is actually helping to keep me in the mindset. I'm so ready to see the scale drop Sunday, which is my new official weigh-in day. Any other weigh-in on here will just be a continuation of whatever my Sunday weight was just so I can check in on challenges. Weighing in every day is just not good for me mentally.
