I overslept yesterday, and couldn't get my walk in, so yesterday was my 'rest day'
I feel GREAT this week!
Am really watching my diet, and with the exercise AND my Green Coffee I'm SURE I'll lose again this week!
Made some split pea with ham soup from scratch yesterday... will have leftovers for dinner...
