Hanging in there...been the the gym 2 days in a row and shooting for tomorrow also...did the elliptical machine for 30 min each day...did some crunches and a little leg work and I am feeling great! Hope the scale says the same! LOL! Eating is going pretty good, not sticking 100%, but at least 95% and that is good for me also! I am going out to dinner with some friends tonight...but that is just fine, I am cool with things! I am pushing myself to get this weight off once and for all...then I can concentrate on keeping it off!!! I HOPE! LOL! Hope everyone is doing good! Best of luck to you all!
