I am so beat from doing this Insanity workout. I am on Day 5 and I feel like I can barely move during my workouts. I did cardio recovery yesterday which all I wanted to do was lay on the floor. I can't wait for my day off on Thursday!! :)

Keep up the good work girl.....Monday starts my 2nd Month of Insanity. I'm kinda worried about the "Max" workouts. Keep strong and don't give up !!! You can do it.

I can't imagine month 2 yet. After week one though I am starting to get bored slightly of the repetition of the videos, so I think I might enjoy something new! Congrats to you on month 2!
