loosinisfun's Logboek, 11 jul 08

day 402...wakin up with my right eye almost swelled shut!!!...i walked a different route then i normally walk yesterday...i have walked the same path in the past, but im guessing something is in bloom that wasnt in the past...gonna use some nose spray i have..hopefully it will get the sinuses flowing again...wakin up alittle later today as well...good thing i set the alarm clock every nite...well...short journal this morning for the time being...will add more on later after my workouts....have a great friday!!!!!

ADDON...well i went walking this morning...i got 2 houses away from mine an almost turned around an come bck home...but thought no i will go as far as i feel like it...an can always do a short walk...well...lol...i did my 45 min walk this morning an was glad i did push myslf...then come home...set around not really wanting to go to the gym but thought well if i go i can always do a short wrkout just enough to burn what calories i had for breakfast...well i did the bike for 45 min...and then did the elliptical for 20....yes im tired..but glad i got my workout in...and then i went bck and weighed for the second time...i weghed in before my workouts an the scales were toying with me again...so i knew it was gonna show a loss...i usually dont record officially till monday...but im llike a little kid in a candy store...when i got on the scales it didtn register till i got it down to 300...so i reset it an put it on 250 and went up...well it stopped at 49...im down to 299...i finally broke the 300 mark...and it feels greatttttttttt!!!!!! all the work is starting to pay off....friends are noticing the different mike, and im feeling great about it all .....
