Two pounds is...useless! When I hit five pounds and three days later it's still five pounds (or more!) then I'll feel like I lost some weight. Ten pounds would be better still - weight can fluctuate so much depending on so many factors - water, when you ate, when you went to the bathroom...consistency in average over time is the key...
