Weighing in at 16 stone, I have never been this heavy in my life. I’m at the beginning of my weight loss journey and my ultimate goal weight loss is 5 stone but I’ll give myself smaller goals to get me there. I’m calorie counting along with going to the gym. Really hope I can do this!! 💖

You can do it. I was in a worse position than you and I’ve finally made huge progress by calorie counting and cutting out bad carbs. You’ll do pal.

I am at roughly the same weight - we can do it! I am going low carb, because my GP has tole me I am a diabetes risk, and hoping to reverse that.

You can do it...you’ll be hungry but remember that it’s not a completely negative feeling. It means you will appreciate food more 🤘🏼
