Wow, I missed my one year anniversary with Fat Secret! I wrote a journal entry that day but totally forgot that on March 11, 2012 I joined FS and began this incredible journey. I just took a look at my complete weight history; cool!
Another day in paradise to savor; Friday we head back home. I did better on my eating yesterday, though I probably didn't exercise enough to burn off what I did eat. I was pretty sore from that JM Dvd I did the day before, though I did put 9000 steps on my pedometer, some of it walking fast through loose wet sand & incoming waves.
It's early here, maybe I'll get moving & go to Zumba or do my sizzling salsa exercise Dvd. First I'm make some Ka'anapli Peaberry coffee we had ground two days ago. It tastes so good I drink it black like some people would a fine wine, ans we didn't even get the top of the line Peaberry. My partner learned about it in Costa Rica & we found it at a local coffee shop that is grown and roasted here. They have one that is $50 a pound!
Time to cut the pineapple, mmmm!
