Day 8
Weighed in at 222!!! Dropped 3 lbs in the past week! It's not alot. but it's a good start! My goal is to be under 200 by June 20th, (Spring ahead challenge), so 3 down, 22 to go! After that, I'm aiming for 190 by August 20th!
