JillRN's Logboek, 12 aug 10

I need a day of rest. Today was supposed to be my day off and like a jerk, i exercised. My body is definitely fatigued. I am going to take tomorrow off to give my muscles a chance to recover. After a week of Insanity, I feel great, I notice a definite tone to my body already. I am not sure on my weight yet, I'd like to check, but I will wait until Sunday.

ok now, you have to follow the plan to get the max results. It is really important as you move through the weeks. Good job on completing week 1. Now the addiction of the workouts should start. I can not wait to get out of this recovery week and into Month 2's max workouts

Hi Jill...thanks for visiting my journal :) Congrats on doing this workout. It really IS insane...but as ZX7-H2 said, addicting, as well. I screwed up a couple of the workouts - wrong ones done on a couple of days, got it all straightened out now and today is (thank God!) a day off. I know I'll exercise, something NOT insane, though lol...But I wonder if not taking the day of rest before is why I've been so fatigued, too. I love what it's doing for my body - on one as small as yours with probably a very low body fat percentage, I'm SURE you're seeing visible results to this workout. How could you NOT? It's definitely INSANE. (loving it...)

Hey Redwinelover, I am seeing results fast, probably too fast I need to really start bumping up my calories which I find hard. Hope you are doing well!
