Becka-boo 's Logboek, 13 aug 10

Well, I survived!!! Tonight I had to go to one of those family get togethers- (you know the type, lots of great food- the kind you can't say no to) - But I think I did really good-
I skipped the rice dishes and had 1/3 of a cuban sandwich(no mayo), coleslaw-(lite mayo) and a scoop of baked beans. I skipped the deserts and had a handfull of bing cherries instead.
I still felt full and kept the calories down!!
