I am trying to lose 4 pounds aweek no gain 4 pounds a day. I do great and lose a couple then I go crazy and gain double. life is poopy right now

I'm sorry you're feeling so discouraged! :( Losing weight is hard...and making the life changes to support weight loss is harder. Try and see this as a long-term journey (there will be ups and downs...but the overall goal is to have a healthier life--and a slimmer you). Every day is a chance to do better. Don't beat yourself up or carry the mistakes into the next. You'll be fine...just keep at it and keep your long term goal in mind! And learn from your mistakes (i.e. learn your triggers and how to avoid them) but don't over stress about them. Today is a new day! Good luck! :)

Hang in there, girl! You'll figure out the right stategy for you. Add lots of healthy foods to your meals and you won't have room for unhealthy ones. And try to find a kind of movement (exercise) that makes you feel good. You can do it!

Four pounds a week is alot. When you set your mind at that and don't accomplish it, it can make you feel bad. So maybe re-adjust your mind and think "whatever i lose this week is a wonderful thing." Remember that success isn't only measured on the scale. Losing inches is important and changing your life style are all positive, wonderful things. Good luck!
