Two days later -- doing pretty well since my last post. I changed my weight because I was wrong, which I found out at my WW meeting. Good news. Less to lose. Still, I've gained 15 pounds in a very short period of time, which I'm sure is not good for my body. Anyway, another day to try to instill good habits. Writing on here is part of that.
