Well weekends do me in everytime. Back on the horse this monday...been dealing with a little stress that has my life upside down, but committed to this journey nonetheless, and Medifast foods are helping me along the way even when I happen to eat outside of the program. The point is that I am severly under my BMR and should still be losing weight. Heres to an awesome week and new numbers on the scale by next weigh in.
