Well i Just started another diet after I got myself into this mess. But thats ok. I can make it through this. I've already dieted before I lost 20 lbs but fell off the bandwagon after my vacation. And got myself bigger in the process. I started the diet on Sunday 07/20/2008 and so far so good. I am on day two of the process with my husband. Bless his heart he is so good to me and like he said.there is no I in Team!
