Well, I'm switching to here from JillianMichaels.com... I got a free trial for her site for 30 days and it wasn't that cool. I could come up with a lot more of the recipes myself. I didn't her workout tips were that great and can't replace researching moves or exercises. I didn't find the motivational tips that inspiring. I can tell myself "You're kicking ass" too. I did like the weight chart and the calorie counter thing. That's about it. :) So here goes with this site. :)
