Feeling a little frustration the past few days. Each day the scale has shown a .4oz gain and I don't know why. The only thing I can think of is maybe not enough water and possibly the diet sodas I've had so today I'm completely cutting out the soda and keeping track of how much water I drink.
I'm working hard and have done great so it's frustrating that things have come to a halt but I'm going to keep pushing through. I also need to get regular with my exercise. I wish I had someone here local to keep me accountable and kick my butt all the way to the gym :(
