Here is my chart from yesterday. The one I'm in shock over. I also drink pineapple juice last night and added that this morning so I had about 120 carbs yesterday. I don't remember having that many carbs in years, and it didn't even change my weight.

That juice has a lot of sugar.

I think carbs may change your weight if it was lots or if you were in ketosis and then went to glucose burning but normally carbs by themselves do not cause a gain. For some people some carbs may cause more hunger and more eating but that a separate issue.
