Went out to eat with my in-laws tonight. Only ate 1/2 of my entree and gave the rest to them. I ordered mac & cheese and ate only a couple of bites. After the meal, my mother in law was complaining she was stuffed but I felt great. Satisfied. Not stuffed, not empty. Then I took a walk tonight. Later than I wanted, but I was going to walk no matter what.
