300g stir fry veg - 114 cals
4 cal oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce - 18 cals
4 tablespoons hot pepper sauce - 20 cals
340ml semi skimmed milk - 166 cals
actimel - 28 cals
which comes to 1450
drinks 3 pints green tea, 1 cup of water, 1 cup of milk
exercise was supposed to do weights yesterday but felt too tired, didnt sit around all day though, did general things like shopping, housework, cleaning hamster cages etc, i know thats not a workout but every little helps
i dont feel tired today so straight back into it with a fitness DVD
