help!!! I need to get back to writing everything I eat down again.... freaking holidays...I made it through Halloween... and even more difficult after Halloween when all the candy is priced to move... and now Thanksgiving... and soon Christmas...I have slipped on my diary entries for days now... and the scale is showing it... I'm scared.. and nervous... cause we all know how hard it is to take weight off... and how easy it is to put it on... :( ...I need help... thoughts? how do you get through the holidays? secrets? avoidance? acceptance ? just eat the chocolate cream pie, mashed potatoes and real butter, holiday cookies... and start over after New year's... Arrr

You can totally do this!!! It’s definitely holiday season.... but it’s holiday season 1/2 the year!! You are not far from whee I was when I started last December on FS. When you find your one WOE( try a bit of everything and craft a Woe that is comfortable and build. You can do this, I swear 🙌♥️💜💚

I would say eat ONE portion controlled plate and ONE piece of dessert. That’s what I do. IF I need more food then I skip dessert and go for more turkey and gravy and maybe a roll. Eating half the butter helps with some of those little kcal we don’t think about. If possible measure out or weigh your food. I do that too. You can do it! After thanksgiving get back to your WoE and log it all ;). Good luck!
