So maybe it was Friday the 13th, or just my crazy schedule, but I fell off the wagon for about a week. I actually started insanity before the challenge started, so now I'm probably around the same spot everyone else is. I'm pretty sure I gained a few lbs, so I'll do my normal weigh in tomorrow morning. Just completed Cardio Power and Resistance (day 12) and it kicked my butt. Taking a week off is not worth it! I have to work for the next 3 days out in the field, so I'll have to take my videos with me. I need to pack my food for the next few days so I make healthy choices. I was doing so well for about 2 weeks, so time to start where I left off... wish me luck!
