OK, victories for the week:

1) I had two lunches out with a friend, and I ordered salad both times! And not salad-in-name-only-salads either! This may not be such a big deal for others, but this is HUGE for me.

2) I was reading about C25K tonight in the forums and looked it up. I thought it sounded promising, so I downloaded the podcasts and .... just did it! So, day 1 of C25K...check!
