Had a lot of chicken, fruit, and cheese yesterday. A half a sandwich on wheat bread. No carbs other than that. I can tell a difference in how I feel already with no candy or white bread in my system. Much better. I need to walk more, but might have to stay inside on the stairwell instead of outdoors. The pollen is swirling in clouds and it's burning my eyes.
