Today was kinda a lazy day. I have not been sleeping so great, so I went back to sleep after breakfast and just did not feel so great today. Did drink my water- more than 8 glasses but not quite a gallon like I usually do. I did some streches and my weights, but did not walk- Well tomm is another day...I will try to be back on track with my walking tomm.
