kimberlady's Logboek, 21 aug 10

New to this site. I hope I can stick with it. The kids are heading back to school next week so it will be just me and my 4 yr old. I am going to try to put in at least 30 minutes of the elliptical or tread mill 5 times a week. I am also going to take my son bike riding and walk the dog as well. I am going to count my caloric intake for the first time. I really want to lose this weight. I hate feeling this way..I know I am not obese but I am just uncomfortable. I hope that this 30lbs will come off soon. <3
