kimberlady's Logboek, 22 aug 10

Well dang it...we all went to Denny's this morning and I had to have the grand slam sandwich..pfft. Well I guess we need to splurge once in a while just not all the time.
I noticed though I barely eat any protein. I NEED to fix that..I have way too many carbs and fat in my diet. Oye vey. I guess I will boil some eggs tonight and have hard boiled eggs for a snack. I rarely eat much meat....I will try to eat more chicken..(grilled of course)

low-fat string cheese, greek yogurt, beef jerky, and as you said, chicken are great sources of protein that I like to have in my diet.
