Well I didnt get up and exercise like I wanted...but i did get up and cook breakfast.. I never get up early to cook, its always cereal for the kids. But I am going with a few girlfriends to start zumba classes tonight. Kind of excited to go hang out with girls my age..lol.. I need to get up tomorrow morning and go walking for sure!!! NO EXCUSES!!

How was Zumba? I'm not a morning person, so I'm resolved to make time in the evening. My husband was already home when I got in from work tonight, but when I told him I needed to spend time on the treadmill before dinner...he cooked! Now that, I could get used to!

wow! ur husband cooks?! lol..zumba was so much fun!!! ty for asking! im not a morning person either by any means, but i figured i would make more of my day if i got up and did more. (i dont have a job yet) i had a treadmill but all it got used for was towels. i never could get used to using it. i also started aerobics today..that was killer!

Ha! I'm actually looking at a towel and some clothes on my treadmill right now! I certainly haven't been consistent, but I'm trying to be now. Of course, ideally I should not return the towel and clothes to the treadmill when I'm done with it .... Man, zumba AND aerobics! I'm impressed!
