kimberlady's Logboek, 24 aug 10

Getting ready to take my little man, who is not so little anymore, for a bike-ride. I bought a seat for him so he can sit on the bike with me. Well..he is 40lbs and the seat sits up front. All I can say is whoa, it's a work out..especially UPHILL. LOL.

After wards we will have some lunch..not sure what I will eat yet. Maybe some tuna. Then we will take the pups for a 20 minute walk. Then come back make him a snack and go on the elliptical and then go pick up the girls from school. I will probably have pot stickers tonight, I would rather have cereal but I am trying to eat more protein. I am making my girls home made oatmeal for tomorrow in the crock pot. I am going to put apples and cinnamon in it..so I hope it turns out okay.

I am so looking forward to the weather cooling off..I am tired of being hot and sticky.
