Going back out on the truck with my husband today and this will truly make it easier on me. still having trouble with my back so the walking will come in short spurts. I gotta get out of this house. My son and his daughter live with us and I love them dearly but I need some space and so does he I'm sure...LOL. We are going from Montgomery, Al down to Miami, FL and then back up. Have to be back friday my husband has an appt. with his doctor. Wish me the best that I get my head out of where ever it is and get myself in gear.

Even short spurts of walking do the trick. I need to get my rear in gear and get back to walking and going to Curves. Curves is only about 6 miles away and right near Walmart, so I have no excuse. Also with my insurance going there is free. It's going to WM that costs. Pull your head out. I know you can do it.
