Christmas is always a magical time for me. It is about love and caring for family and friends. My daughter and I were cooking all day on X-mas Eve. It was fun, mother-daughter bonding time (she is 21).
We worked like two chefs and everything turned out OK...lol.. even the strudel looked close to what it should be.
I am not on strict Keto on these days - I can handle a bit of potato and bread and apple martini...
Went for a ride to the beach on beautiful X-mas day.
