I really like the Diet, I just started the Extreme Fat Smash 2 weeks ago and like it better than the Fat Smash - just the fact that it tells you exactly what to eat each day and how much for that day. This site has a great group of people and if you have any questions, just vent, or whatever, they are here to help.

I say this site on the Today Show this morning as well. I have been looking for something like this for 3 years now. Amazing!!! I am starting the Fat Smach Diet tomorrow as I have already screwed today up... LOL.
