The trip to California for the wedding was fast and furious and much fun. I'm back feeling fatter than ever. I ate like there was no tomorrow ... indulged in In and Out burger, Tommy's Chili Cheese, Stone Cold Creamery and on and on and on!! I'm back to reality but haven't stepped on the scale. Will do so when I feel so inclined. Not feeling so inclined at the moment. Life is busier than I'd like it to be and I'm another year older as of Monday.
I'm grateful for many things ... and still working on implementing strategies that keep me healthier in mind, body, spirit, and heart. That alone is a full time job and dang they expect me to actually work too?!?!
Still not in a place to visit here with any regularity but I have not given up the good fight. Hope all is well with each of my buddies. So sorry I've not been a good buddy lately. Take care.

Well I am glad you stopped by today to give us an update and so happy you enjoyed yourself. I am not so inclined myself at this time so I can certainly relate to that. You are a wonderful buddy. We are all just human and life happens and moods happen and we are accepting and supportive. Have a great day Carol!

You are a good buddy whether you are a regular or not. Glad you had a good time and under the circumstances I can see why you ate well. But you enjoyed it all, and you will get back on track soon enough. Take care, big hugs, and be kind to yourself. And yes it is dang awful that you are expected to work for a living as well as work on yourself, because for most of us working on ourselves could be a full time job :)
