Having trouble getting motivated to exercise today. It’s just one of those days...a little dreary and damp outside. I’m embarrassed to say I am just getting around to putting Christmas decorations away. It’s so much more fun getting them out! But I made a commitment to myself to exercise more so I need to do something! 🧘🏼‍♀️

I find that when I lack the motivation the most is when I have to make sure I get to it. The quilt of cutting a day is worse than the motivation needed to complete the exercise. I hate it when I miss a day when things are beyond my control. Best to you moving forward.
