6 pound gain in about 2 months. No real surprise given the usual excuses, and rather annoyingly this seems to be a normal weight (207-210 pounds) historically at this time of year.
Will try harder of course, and now that I am living in the Lake District I will have even more incentive to be more active.
However, my diet won't start straight away as there are a few Christmassy leftovers still to eat (crisps and chocolate mostly!). So will probably do another weigh-in next Saturday and start from there.
