It is 7am I have lots of energy! Started the cooking for the week and learned that I WILL NOT BE MAKING MY OWN SAUSAGE. It started at a drag racing swap meet.. found a meat grinder old fashioned, manual. We thought COOL we can make out own sausage and know what's in it! YAY..... OH HOLY WAH!!!! I BROKE THE COUNTER... never did get the darned thing to stop moving. I burned a BAZILLION calories trying to turn the ^&^%$^%&*(^*^%^ handle. Teaching KEto is not easy.... I am writing carb content on everything that is not in it's original container and trying to teach him what to avoid as far as (and I quote) "EM BIG WORDS" on the label. He looked me in the eye and said "I have a public school edjemucation". LOL SO do I but I can spell. He says it in an bad southern accent. I got him hooked on the Red Green show... he can quote it now... he says the man's prayer all the time... "I am a man, I can change, If I have to , I guess. Love him dearly he brings so much humor to my life.
