I do know better......I guess some of us never learn, Tuesday , dusted off my stationary bike, grabbed my weights,and for 1/2 hour enjoyed watching my soaps lifting (2 3# )weights and slowly peddling...well, yesterday I couldn’t....arms and hips said NOWAY...today I tried again, now I am doing what I should have done to start with...

It's all a learning experience. I killed my legs first day at Planet Fitness because I thought I would use that little machine people use where you squeeze your legs together and spread them out and repeat. I about tore my groin! researched online to run the ground muscle from left to right and right to left. It worked! I was healed in a day after that! Oh, I prayed too! Keep up the progress and always remember that the power is yours!
