My partner made a vegan dinner tonight, just to try it out. it was more edible than expected but I wont be converting just yet.

trying out Vegan for a few months only for health benefits, I am on day 6 and feeling pretty good.

I am vegan and donā€™t regret it as the weight goes up when I eat normal non vegan diet. Trying to lose the non vegan diet from Christmas. Soups and smoothies. Pretty boring though.
