Ok, kinda fell off of the P90X wagon. I'm finding it difficult to find time to prepare all the provided recipes from scratch as well as do the exercises and also complete all my daily routines.
I will have to re-evaluate my strategy. I like some of the P90X recipes, but others I find too time consuming to apply logically to my daily routine. So I will adapt the recipes I like into my routine and find others to fulfill the recipes I'm not willing to take on from P90X. The program is good, but would be better suited to someone who does not live alone and could have someone help them with the constant grocery shopping/food prep that is required for the program.

On a side note, I started Muay Thai Kickboxing last thursday. Although it totally kicked my ASS, it's very good and fun and I won't have as much of a chance to cheat my exercises if I'm in a class with people watching. This will be a good supplement to the P90X exercises I plan on re-integrating into my routine.
