B.E.A.C.H. challenge really got me to think about Busting Excuses And Change Habits. My excuse is, I can't stick to a 1,000 to 1200 diet so why even try, even tho that is my intention at the beginning of each day. Now I am writing everything down, usually by the end of the day, I lose track of what I have been writing things down on or I have a million excuses why not to count calories any more. So, I am daring to actually plan the day and writing it down after the fact. I am accountable. I am sure it will help a lot.
