Revaudrey's Logboek, 23 jan 20

finally- the scale is on the move.
Even though I know that it is just a data point and that most of us can vary in weight by 1, 2, 3 or more pounds per DAY, it is so discouraging to see it go UP when you've "done everything right."
This morning, the needle went in the "right" direction- finally.

Going to try to stick with weekly weigh-ins from here on so I am not subject to such distress when it naturally- for whatever reason: sleep, travel, water, salt, full bladder and bowels, it happens.
72,2 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 7,9 kg.    Nog te gaan: 4,2 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
