Stayed the same :-( but not totally a surprise. I'm kind-of in the mindset to get through summer and all it's eating activities without gaining anything. Have been losing in dribbles and drabs (.2 here; .6 there). I can't say my heart is really in staying on the program at this point. I'm hoping to kick into the swing after Labor Day. I have about 18 more lbs to go and truly don't want to give up. I DEFINITELY do not want to slide backwards!
