Could be all those antibiotics I suppose... I'm going to knock building up my operated side on the head for a while and just go carnivore to get some weight off. It's a bit chilly for fasting just now. I think weight's the important issue at the moment. I an still exercise, just not try to build muscle. I'm very annoyed though. Grrrr! I'm way too big here :-(
