I will be 52 in March. Highest weight ever was 230, I’ve lost and gained several times. I am 5’6” and my goal weight is 145. I started Keto on October 3, 2019 at a weight of 193 was hitting the gym and feeling great then on Nov 3 I fell roller skating and burst my t12. I’ve been in a back brace since with limited mobility 😔 so even with no exercise I’ve lost 32 pounds. Cannot wait to see the scale under 160, have not seen that in 17 years 🤗
