My husband is awesome. He started this diet last week and has already lost 10 lbs. I'm so proud of him, losing weight for him is not easy. I think both of us are keeping each other going. His progress helps mine!! I hope all of you are keeping strong and heading toward your goal weight. Good Luck!

that is great. My husband started with me too and it makes things so much easier, we need all the support we can get! Although he is already about to pass me on the weight loss numbers and has only been doing it half as long as me! Men!!
