In my first month I lost 30 lbs.
next month it will slow down... I know. But still keeping at it until Jan 2 2021

Only 5 more lbs for me to hit my hundreds! Wish me luck!

Thanks so much. I thought i would be losing 2 lbs per week.. but then, again, it's still the initial phase... and in the beginning you always lose more.. then it slows down and hits the plateau. I think I still have some time before I get there.. Let's see what happens.
