Still doing ok, no movement on the scale, still 164.5 this morning. Maybe it's broken ;)
My friend Ruth using my scale, "Does this scale automatically go to 155 when you get on it?" Me "It does if you weigh 155!"
No snacks last night, I was too tired to prepare one!
Probably will go to Curves again this afternoon, then I will have 3x in for the week in case I want to go out to lunch tomorrow. I need a treat every now and then. All work and no play and all that.
