Breakfast was @ 10:00 hunger level @ 3 getting ready to go cook for a BBQ. feeling good today.

ate dinner at the bbq, chicken, macaroni tuna salad, 1 tsp zitti. hunger 3 @ 5:00pm
On my way to work 10:50pm had decaf coffee and bagel twist from dunkin doughnuts.
