Off the steroids and so hopeful I won’t have a flare. Started a cleanse & have an appt with functional med doc today to discuss viral shed protocol. Maybe now I’ll actually start dropping to my goal weight. 🤞🏽

The fact that you were on steroids and you still dropped weight is just astonishing to me. You must’ve really controlled what you’ve eaten. Whenever they put me on steroids for my breathing issues, I can’t control my food intake. So well done that you did
